I stayed at the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo in Riviera Maya and they had a lazy river, childrens area, wave pool, a huge huge lagoon-style pool, stuff for kids to do, etc. The place is massive so you don't feel like your on top of each other or being swarmed by kids all the time. It's great for the entire family, all ages. Went there on my honeymoon 2 years ago and cannot image ever vacationing anywhere as nice as this all-inclusive resort.
