Hi,

You can get very useful info related to air tickets from http://www.bestdealsononline.com . Check it out! Happy Journey!!

http://www.hotwire.com
http://www.cheaptickets.com
http://www.kayak.com/

No one site has the cheapest rates all the time. I use the three websites listed above and have always been able to find a good deal.

(Jet blue does not fly to sweden)

If you are willing to sacrifice your pick of airline and departure times, Priceline's Name Your Own Price will give you the best deal.

there are quite a few sites that you can search that will likely give you the best prices available. just go here: http://cheapest-travel-ever.info/hc9y and you will be able to compare prices on all the reputable travel sites in just a couple minutes. it's very convenient and will save you a bunch of time and money. Also, make sure you buy them online… otherwise they charge much higher fees for phone orders. good luck.

This is exactly what I do and you should to. First the cheapest airfare is always on the airlines website, you just first have to find which airline is cheapest to fly; for example, if you are flying from New York-JFK to San Francisco Delta might pop up as the cheapest deal than you would go to Delta’s website and find that it is a few bucks cheaper.

Before I get into this always remember that traveling on a Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday is always going to be the cheapest deal because these are the least traveled days of the week. Sometimes Wednesday is as well. And if you book the earliest flight for the day sometimes you get specials. I flew from Atlanta to Chicago Midway one way for $29 bucks on a Tuesday morning. I did have to leave at 6:00a but it was worth it for this price.

So how do you find the cheapest flight?

1.Go to farecast.com and fill out the information. It will show you all airfare deals and it tells whether you should by the ticket at the price shown or to wait because the cheapest fare listed will drop. This is accomplished by the website using airline analysts to evaluate when an airline will drop their prices. And I can tell you they are always right
2.Go to orbtiz.com and do the same thing just to make sure the prices are not cheaper. Also go here so you can see how crowded an aircraft is. The more crowded an aircraft the higher the fare.
3.Finally when you have found the cheapest carrier go to their website to save even more money sometimes as much as $10 dollars

Priceline is an interesting website. It can be stressful. Unlike the websites up above you know for a fact how much it is going to cost. With priceline you have to stay by the computer for a long period of time to try and bid for a good price which you more than likely will not get.

The truth is if you see a one way fare for $110-$140 bucks to wherever you are flying just buy it, because it is more than likely the best deal you will get. You hear websites such as Hotwire or Priceline giving out fares for cheaper than a hundred dollars and it is just not the case. Go to these websites and compare the price you found on another website and you will see there is no difference.

One last thing I prefer to fly on flagship carriers particularly Delta and Continental, but I can afford to take them. Low cost carriers such as Airtran, Jetblue, and Southwest a lot of the time do have better deals. Although interestingly because of the mess the airline industry is in flagship carriers are dropping their round trip prices to the same as low cost carriers. And if I have a choice to fly Delta or Southwest I am going to take Delta especially since they have some of the best customer service in the country and are starting to put TV screens on all seats for flights longer than 4 hours.

Hope this helps
